Chili Quiche Appetizer

Made from eggs, cheese and chillies. A great dip for entertaining, serve on crackers.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 stick (10 oz) Extra Sharp Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Wisk eggs and milk together in a bowl.
  • Layer chilis and then shredded cheddar cheese in a 10 inch round quiche pan.
  • Pour egg mixture over chilis and cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm with crackers. Enjoy!
