Chili Quiche Appetizer
Made from eggs, cheese and chillies. A great dip for entertaining, serve on crackers.

- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- 1 stick (10 oz) Extra Sharp Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wisk eggs and milk together in a bowl.
Layer chilis and then shredded cheddar cheese in a 10 inch round quiche pan.
Pour egg mixture over chilis and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers. Enjoy!
